If not anarchy, what is the solution?
libertarianism? but that eventually leads to greater discord - the results will be apathy towards and misunderstanding of others, and therefore a lack of unity...
communitarianism? no, because that could lead to fascism, communism, and a repeat of anarchy.

the GREEN party? the approach of environmentalism coupled with finding universal consensus - i giggle. not like everyone recycles in the first place.
sorry, just had to throw that in for kicks. =) at least it's not like - christian democracy. pfft. what quicksand...
